Atlantis Casino Resort Spa has a Great opportunity for you! We are now accepting applications for a Catering Coordinator. This position is responsible for handling all incoming calls, making sure all forms are being filled out correctly and giving information to the Catering Management Team in a timely manner, monitor daily logs for any changes and follow through on requests. Additional responsibilities will include; preparing all contract event orders, direct bill application and post payments.
This position is expected to be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Delphi experience is preferred.
Must have experience with Catering and Hotels, exceptional communication ability, and must be extremely detail oriented and organized. Sales experience helpful. Must have the ability to work well with others including the operations team in Banquets and have the dedication and desire to want to exceed every Guests expectations every time.Must be willing to assist in the Business center when needed.
Full time Dayshift available.
