    Atlantis is looking for an experienced Concierge Manager to support and oversee the day-to-day operations of Concierge Lounge and Staff. 

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinates sales training for staff, drink specials, beverage pricing and menus for bar. Coordinates service training and evaluation of service execution by observing and speaking to our guests.
    • Maintains weekly schedule and scheduled evaluations. Attend and coordinate any special functions held in the lounge. Be available for lounge staff at any time.
    • Check quality of food brought from room service and ensuring the lounge staff and room have proper supplies to operate.
    • Be involved in inspecting the concierge tower – Rooms, corridors, elevators etc. 
    • Oversees Concierge Tower room Mini Bar refills, Inventory and Maintenance. Involved in product movement and researching what can be done to improve revenues.
    • Maintains daily Concierge Lounge and Mini Bar reports.
    • Liquor and Food Warehouse orders as needed.

    Qualifications

    Computer proficient and knowledge of Word, Excel, LMS AS/400 and MICROS system.

    Detailed oriented and ability to multi-task. Ability to meet deadlines.
    Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions while trying to solve Guest issues.
    Excellent communication skills-Both written and verbal.
    Problem solving ability to ensure minibar system is well maintained and running efficiently at all times.

     

    Performance Expectations:
    To effectively ensure that the 25th floor concierge lounge, that is a ‘one of it’s kind’ in Northern Nevada, meets the impeccable quality and service standards established by Atlantis.
    To ensure maximized revenues and controlled decreased expenses, in both the 25th floor concierge lounge and minibars.
    Hands on supervision – covering front line shifts, working hand in hand with front line team members everyday – setting the example for the front line team.
