The position will be based at our flagship property, Atlantis Casino Resort Spa a Four Diamond, Forbes recommended property.


The Race and Sports Book Manager, as with all members of the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa Team, provides excellent customer service to all Team Members, is expected to conduct himself/herself in a manner which demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercises confidentiality in the appropriate areas of his/her performance.


The incumbent shares in the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa support of the company’s Vision, Mission, Values, and consistently performs all functions in a fashion that inspires and motivates others to actively pursue them. As part of the leadership team, role models the expected behaviors of service, positive attitude, cooperation and accountability. Engenders trust in others and develops credible relationships at all levels.


•Responsible for the operation of the Race and Sports Book, including setting the point spreads for all games and deciding which games will be booked.
•Evaluates and implements strategies for approval of wagers and line moves.
•Responsible for all parlay card numbers, and for future lines in Race and Sports.
•Coordinates personnel, responsible for departmental scheduling, and responsible for hiring, discipline and terminations in the department.
•Ensure all gaming regulations and company policies and procedures are followed.
•Ability to use experience to identify suspicious activities and wagering behavior.
•Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.


TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE (Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience)
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Race and Sports Book operation at a large Casino Resort.
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Race and Sports Book as a Supervisor or above.
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred.


•Have or obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration
