PBX is the nerve center of the Atlantis property where all inside and outside calls go through. We have a very high standard of customer service, while following all company policies and procedures.
Five 8 hour shifts per week.
Answering and transferring multiple outside and inside calls for two properties.
Data entry and filing.
Communicate with numerous departments using a two way radio.
Give out current and accurate information on special events, locally and at the Atlantis.
Take and give guest wake-up calls.
Use the overhead paging system to page guests.
Help guest get access to voicemail and text messages.
Follow all PBX and company policies and procedures.
Other various duties.
Applicant must be polite, articulate and professional.
Must be able to speak English clearly.
Spanish is a plus but not required.
Experience in LMS, Outlook and Hot SOS a plus but not required.
PBX experience is a plus but not required.
Must have a high service standard for guest, team members and the company.
Must pay strong attention to detail and retain a lot of information.
Applicant must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Applicant must be able to work weekends and varied shifts if needed.
