Overview

Join the award-winning Atlantis team! We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Beverage Manager to lead our beverage outlets. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of management experience in beverage operations (bartending, cocktail service, or mixology), strong knowledge of wine & spirits, and a passion for inspiring teams to deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Atlantis Casino “Every Player’s Paradise” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Atlantis Casino Service Standards at all times.
  • Lead and motivate the Beverage team to uphold Atlantis service standards and deliver a world-class guest experience.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline team members as needed.
  • Oversee daily operations of all beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with company, health, and safety standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness, health code compliance, and proper use of supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and implement training to drive revenue through upselling, suggestive selling, and service excellence.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor costs in line with business needs.
  • Review and approve team performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Track financial performance, control costs, and apply financial data to improve operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Performance Expectations

  • Consistently deliver high levels of guest service aligned with Atlantis standards.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of beverage service, wine, and mixology techniques.
  • Support professional development of supervisors through training and measurable goals.
  • Revamp and oversee beverage department training programs.
  • Meet departmental revenue and expense goals while controlling costs.
  • Respond promptly to requests, reporting, and operational needs.

 

 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of beverage management or supervisory experience (casino or hospitality preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and mixology.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Washoe County Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card required (or ability to obtain).
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Stratton-Warren Inventory a plus.
