Overview

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Supply Chain Director with expertise in both operational procurement and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) to support the full range of sourcing needs for our resort casinos. This position is critical to ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services across gaming, hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment, and facilities—while managing capital purchases related to renovations, openings, and expansions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of casino environments and is experienced in balancing vendor relationships, compliance, and budget targets in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for all departments including gaming operations, hotel, restaurants, event space, and administrative areas.
  • Manage procurement of FF&E for remodels, and capital improvement projects—coordinating with design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to secure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and adherence to specifications.
  • Monitor inventory levels, warehouse processes, and replenishment systems to support operational efficiency while minimizing waste and shrinkage.
  • Partner with hotel operations, culinary teams, facilities, and executive leadership to forecast demand and ensure procurement aligns with service standards and seasonal fluctuations.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with gaming commission requirements, health & safety laws, and internal controls.
  • Leverage technology and ERP systems (Stratton Warren) to streamline procurement workflows and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support FF&E budgeting, asset tracking, and warranty management throughout the lifecycle of purchased items.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs, improve supplier performance, and enhance sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of procurement experience with five (5) years at the Director level. Gaming industry experience is required.
  • Proven experience in managing FF&E procurement for hotel or resort projects, including coordination with interior designers, architects, and contractors.
  • Familiarity with relevant procurement and project management systems.
  • Strong negotiation, project coordination, and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams and levels of leadership.
