Come join Team Atlantis! Under direction of the Senior Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources (HR) Representative plays a key role in supporting the daily functions of the HR department. This position is responsible for assisting with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Representative serves as a point of contact for employees and management, ensuring consistent application of company policies and providing high-quality customer service. They help foster a positive workplace environment by promoting effective communication, supporting organizational initiatives, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; talk, and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
