Come join Team Atlantis! We are currently accepting applications for a Sports Book Administrative Operator. The administrative operator will provide a high level of customer service to both regulars and “novice bettors.” You will ensure everyone is made to feel welcome at our sports book(s). As an expert in our menu of sports betting options, you will help advise and answer customer questions to help them make an informed, responsible decision with their sports wagering.

Full Time- Varies

• Help the Book Manager become aware of operational information that will help to maximize the profitability of the sports book.
• Create sheets for all the betting propositions in a creative & professional manner.
• Make sure all sheets are well-stocked and up to date on a daily basis.
• Set up games, futures and wagering propositions in the system and post scores.
• Set up Race TV’s, odds display and video odds boards used to display games, odds, and results for guests.
• Keep workplace, including guest seating area, clean & safe.
• Assist guests, including mobile app with deposits, withdrawals, creating accounts, and installation of the mobile app.
• Monitor TV’s to ensure all events (race and sports) are on TV’s for viewing with proper sound prior to the event starting.
• Other job duties as required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

• Must be at least 21.
• Nevada Gaming Registration Required.
• Help the Book Manager become aware of operational information that will help to maximize the profitability of the sports book.
• Knowledge including terminology, event dates, hours of operation, House Rules, Gaming regulations, etc.
• Strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of major U.S sports and racing events.
• Must adhere to all grooming standards, no "visible" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
