Come join Team Atlantis! We are hiring an Assistant Retail Manager. The Assistant Retail Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the retail outlets.  The Assistant Manager will coach and manage the performance of the retail team, creating and reinforcing the organizational culture of excellent service. 


  • Checks and maintains availability and replenishments of stocks and assists in ordering for The Shoppes
  • Assists with managing inventory and seasonal rollovers to maximize profitability
  • Monitors sales performance of the store and recommends ways to improves it
  • Provides innovative ideas and makes recommendations for maximizing guest satisfaction with inventory and aesthetic display of merchandise
  • Responsible for onboarding and training Team Members
  • Enforces strict adherence to customer service standards
  • Manages Team Member performance to meet service objectives; enforces company policy and procedures where needed
  • Monitors compliance and executes action plans to correct noncompliance to store’s SOP
  • Reviews and discusses performance appraisal and development of team members
  • Communicates ongoing promotions, activities, memos, and bulletins to the team on a regular basis
  • Prepares and approves works schedule of team members
  • Handles guest issues and disputes
  • Other duties as assigned my management



While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; talk, and hear.  The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.


  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Alcohol Awareness Card Required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Background in hospitality helpful
