The Marketing Digital Manager assists all strategic marketing and online initiatives, spearheads initiatives from ideation, to creation, to execution. Continuously monitors and analyzes metrics in order to adjust initiatives and campaigns accordingly.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Coordinates and manages implementation of media plans and programs.
Provide weekly reports and online statistics of all website and online initiatives.
Assist in vendor and agency relationship and direct partners on traditional and digital media buy
Responsible for website project management; developing and evaluating website content and ad placement.
Manages SEO and SEM initiatives and monitors rankings of online presences.
Reviews all content for accuracy and adherence to brand
Identifying and leveraging new digital technologies including DCO and micro targeting
Manages ad traffic and placement, directly with advertising agency according to ad buy
Compiles weekly comparisons to our competitive set, monitoring for new trends. Provide quarterly reports to include in executive marketing summary.
Write and deliver compelling, keyword-rich content for collateral, informational landing pages, promotions, and other web properties while ensuring that the content themes, keywords, tagging (alt and title tags) etc. meet SEO/SEM objectives.
Execute on content reuse strategies to leverage and web-optimize content coming from existing marketing materials
Actively stay up-to-date on best practices in managing Web content, identifying potential areas of improvement and recommending changes.
Provide and modify copywriting for promotional materials..
Pull and analyze tracking reports using Google Analytics.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Journalism
• Strong attention to detail and proof reading skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to write copy in different styles, including writing for SEO purposes.
• Experience preferred with Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools (Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator)
• Deadline-driven with an keen eye for long-term strategy
• Must work well independently as well as closely with designers, developers, and management.
BA or BS Degree preferred
